1. Returns

To request a return, please email us at info@olorasuelo.com with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

Once you have notified us, please send the product back within 14 days to:

The product should be returned in its original condition and securely packaged.

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, we will refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option paid at the time of purchase. Additional costs for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable.

2. Perfume & Sealed Products

​

If your perfume was supplied sealed, please do not open it if you are considering returning it.

For certain sealed products, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once the seal has been removed for health or hygiene reasons.

This does not affect your rights if the product is defective or does not conform to the contract.

3. Damaged Items

​

If your item arrives damaged, please keep the box, all packaging materials and the damaged item and contact us immediately at info@olorasuelo.com

Please send us clear photos of:

• the damaged item;

• the outer packaging; and

• the internal packaging

​

We will review the damage and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Please do not dispose of the damaged item or packaging until we have contacted you.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

​

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@olorasuelo.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Your statutory consumer rights apply, and any costs that we are legally required to cover will be covered by us.

5. Refunds

​

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method.

We may wait to process your refund until we receive the returned product or you provide proof that it has been sent back, where permitted by law.
