9. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing through our online store, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
If an order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period may run from the day on which you receive the last good, in accordance with applicable law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

You may contact us at:

You may use the model withdrawal form included at the end of these Terms and Conditions, but you are not required to use it.
Return of Products
After informing us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
Refunds
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the standard delivery option offered by us.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to refund the additional cost.
The refund will be made without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method and the alternative does not result in additional costs for you.
Sealed Products and Withdrawal Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain categories of goods for which the law provides an exception.
This may include sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene where the seal has been removed after delivery.
Where such an exception applies to a particular product, the applicable information will be provided to the consumer before purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights relating to products that are defective or do not conform to the contract.
